Fitbit.com 45-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
You have 45 days from the date of purchase to obtain a full refund if you are unhappy with your Fitbit.com purchase for any reason.
In accordance with the terms below, you may return any Product (as defined below) purchased on Fitbit.com, with the exception of subscription purchases like Fitstar and Fitbit Premium.

Taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) and shipping and handling expenses are not refundable.
All shipping costs must be paid in advance, and you are in charge of assuming the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while they are being transported back to Fitbit.
