How do I exchange my order?

Their Quick Exchange Service will save you time. If the item you ordered doesn’t fit right and you need a different size or color, all you have to do is give them a call at 1-888-563-8444.

They’ll quickly place an order for an exchange and charge your preferred credit card, but they won’t charge you for standard ground shipping. they’ll also help you get your return to either their Online Store or the Store closest to you.

You’ll receive a merchandise credit for the item’s current selling price without a receipt. Final Sale merchandise without a permit cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final sale items (those ending in.77 or.88) cannot be returned or exchanged. Online returns receive an E-Gift Certificate. Valid email required.

What is the Store Return Practice?

Unwashed, unused, or damaged merchandise may be returned.

Loft-bought items can only be returned to the loft.

Returns with a valid original receipt within 30 days of the purchase date are refunded or exchanged. After 30 days, returns are reimbursed or exchanged for the current selling price.

Returns with a valid gift receipt or exchange receipt made within 30 days of the transaction date will be credited or exchanged.

Returns made more than 30 days after the transaction date get the current selling price.

Returns without a receipt will be credited for the selling price on the return date.

Sold-out merchandise (ending in.44,.77, or.88 cents) cannot be returned or exchanged with or without a receipt.

Full-priced items may have one price adjustment within 7 days of purchase. Original receipts are required for refunds.

Returned checks incur a $25 or maximum legal fee. Allowable fees for returned checks with inadequate or uncollected funds can be debited electronically from your account using a bank draft.

  • Print the label to send back
  • Carefully pack your item(s) in its original condition and include your printed return invoice.
  • Attach your shipping label to the package and ensure no other tracking labels are visible.
  • When your package is ready to be sent, please give it to your local USPS (U.S. Postal Service) carrier or drop it off at the nearest USPS location.

  • Print the bill for the return
  • Carefully pack your item(s) in its original condition and include your printed return invoice.
  • Select a carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • Pay the return postage when you send the package.

Once they get your package back, they’ll give you a refund based on their rules for returns. If you send the item back with its pre-paid return label, $7.95 will be taken out of your return credit. When the return is done, you will get an email.

Please note that if you send back items from different orders on the same return label, it may take an extra two to three weeks or more for the return credit to be processed on the items that aren’t listed on the return invoice because they will have to be looked at separately.

Note that the date of the return will be the date the return is processed for these items. Depending on how long it takes to process the return, you might get a merchandise credit instead of a full refund for how you paid for the item.

They recommend shipping each return separately and only including items listed on the return invoice. This will speed up the return process and ensure you get a full refund of the original form of payment.

I lost or deleted my receipt but need to make a return. What can I do?

At this time, they can’t send eReceipts again. According to their return policy, you can return an item without the original receipt and get a merchandise credit for the item’s current selling price. Items sold out on the day of the return cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return a LOFT Item

In-Store Returns

Use the locator to find the store closest to you if you want to return something in person. Remember that you can only return things you bought at a LOFT store. Purchases from a LOFT outlet store must be returned to the same LOFT outlet store where they were made.
