How to Start a free return To Nordstrom?

You can return any item you bought at Nordstrom or Nordstrom.com using one of their easy options. If you want to return something quickly, go to a Nordstrom store.

Bring To Store

Drop Off Curbside

Send By Mail

  • Start your return online.
  • They’ll email you a prepaid shipping label that you can print at home and use to send your items.

  • Returns are processed in 10–14 business days, and refunds can be expected in 5–7 business days after processing.

Need to make a return?

They no longer send return labels with orders, but you can still print your pre-paid label, get a QR code to use at certain USPS locations, or make your return in-store.

How are my refunds credited?

Fine Jewelry

If you are sending back fine jewelry by mail, please follow the instructions with your package and fill out the return section of the packing slip.

Your package needs to be signed for when you send it back with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, you should insure the package for the value of the thing inside.

Fine jewelry can also be returned to Nordstrom stores with a Fine Jewelry department. Just bring the packing slip and the credit card you used to pay for the order.
