How to Start a free return To Nordstrom?
You can return any item you bought at Nordstrom or Nordstrom.com using one of their easy options. If you want to return something quickly, go to a Nordstrom store.

How are my refunds credited?
All refunds will go back to the way you paid for them in the first place or to a Nordstrom Gift Card. When people buy gifts from them, they give them gift receipts.

Fine Jewelry
If you are sending back fine jewelry by mail, please follow the instructions with your package and fill out the return section of the packing slip.
Your package needs to be signed for when you send it back with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, you should insure the package for the value of the thing inside.
Fine jewelry can also be returned to Nordstrom stores with a Fine Jewelry department. Just bring the packing slip and the credit card you used to pay for the order.

How do I make an international return outside of the U.S. and Canada?
When you use Borderfree to place an international Nordstrom.com order, the return process is different, and you can’t get free returns or exchanges.
Contact Nordstrom’s customer service and ask them to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization form on behalf of Borderfree if you want a refund that includes duties, taxes, and tariffs.
