Important Information About Princess Polly’s Return Policy
Easy, eco-friendly returns can be made at a Happy Returns store near you, or you can choose to print their label and ship it.
Within 30 days of delivery, you can return an item for an exchange, a gift card, or a refund. This also includes items on sale.
Items must be returned in their original state, with all tags still attached and not worn or washed.
Cosmetics, earrings, underwear, and beauty tools can’t be returned because they are dirty (including makeup brushes, sponges, and hair tools).
All swimwear being returned must still have its hygiene seal on it.
If you choose to ship your items back with their printable returns label, all refunds and store credits are processed within six business days of their team receiving your items. Once your items are on their way with the carrier, exchanges will be made.
If you drop off your items at a Happy Returns Bar, your refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 24 hours.
If you think your product is broken or faulty, please email [email protected]. This will be the most important thing we do.
If you paid to get your order sent to you and then send it back, you wouldn’t get your money back.

Once the carrier scans your return, your exchange order will be taken care of. Your new order number will be sent to you in an email.

The discounted amount paid for each item is used for exchanges, and They can’t accept a new discount code for requests to exchange different items.

How long will it take to get my money back?

With Afterpay or Shop Pay, you can still get your money back. The steps are only a little bit different.
Shop Pay refunds
When you use Shop pay, you can return one or all of your items and get your money back. Please note that using their return label will deduct the amount from your final Shop Pay Payment Plan installment minus $6.95.
Please note that Shop Pay adjusts your final payment and then works backward to your most recent payment when applying for the refund.
If your refund exceeds the total amount you spent, your next payment might not go down. Instead, you can expect to make fewer payments or pay less at the end.
If your refund is more than the amount you still owe on your purchase, the difference will be sent back to how you paid for it within 3–10 business days.
When you use Afterpay, you can return one or all of your items and get your money back. They’ll take $6.95 out of the refund because you used their return label. So, even if you use Afterpay, you will still have to pay $6.95.
If you return your items before your first Afterpay payment is due, these amounts will be taken off your plan, and you won’t have to pay for them.
If you’ve already paid for the items when you return them, the amounts will be taken off your Afterpay payment plan, and the first payments will be refunded.
It’s important to keep up with your Afterpay payments while your return is on its way back to them because Afterpay charges late fees for any late payments.
If you bought several things but only want to return some of them and keep your favorites, that’s fine. they’ll take the items you sent back off your Afterpay plan.
