What is REI’s return policy?
The 100% satisfaction guarantee is a point of pride for REI.

Regardless of whether you bought the item online, in a store, or over the phone, REI purchases of new items can be returned by mail or at any of their retail locations with evidence of purchase.

Are there return exceptions?
Product returns that do not adhere to the terms of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, including the aforementioned return exclusions, will be rejected. Your package will be shipped back to you if it is returned by mail.

Final sale items
As stated at the time of purchase, all purchases of REI Co-op memberships, lift tickets, passes, and gift cards are final.
The REI Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover damage brought on by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, or accidents.
Can you return an online purchase to the store?

REI Exchange Policy
